Contact is appropriate where leadership authority must be established quickly and outcomes carry material consequence.

I respond personally to correspondence involving Special Projects mandates, executive intervention, or situations where stability, control, or continuity are at risk. These engagements typically sit at Board, owner, or senior executive level and require discretion from first contact.

Exploratory discussions, advisory requests, and general enquiries are not within scope.
